Hydra vulgaris AEP Search Tool

 

 

This tool allows you to retrieve information (expression values, BLAST hits, sequences, etc.) using a specific "cluster-id", keyword or phrase (e.g. "elongation factor 2", "actin regulator 1"). Please, note that the phrase must be between quotation marks.

If you are looking for a specific "cluster-id" just type the number.

If you want to find many clusters at the same time, type the cluster names or cluster ids separated by spaces.
(e.g. HAEP_T-CDS_v02_39 HAEP_T-CDS_v02_41 or 39 41)

To explore the whole DataSet, use keyword ALL as search pattern. It could take some time so, please, be patient.
