This tool allows you to compare expression of genes in ectodermal epithelia cells, endodermal epithelia cells and i-cells of a polyp. Expression data was obtained by FACS sorting of eGFP labelled cells followed by 454 sequencing. Numbers in the table represent the amount of raw reads per cluster.
